Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, project requirements, and messages. Career applications may include your name, location, email, preferred role, institution, study details, availability, CV or portfolio links, skills, and other answers you submit.
Please share only information needed for your enquiry or application. Do not include passwords, financial credentials, identity documents, or sensitive personal information unless we have specifically arranged a suitable way to receive it.
How we use information
Sending an enquiry or application does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

- Review career, student, and internship applications and contact applicants about suitable opportunities.

Services that process information
The Careers form sends your application through Web3Forms for delivery to our business email. Web3Forms processes submissions and technical information through its own infrastructure and service providers. Information received by email is also handled by our email provider. If direct submission fails, the page offers an email and downloadable text fallback; a downloaded summary is stored on your own device.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to retrieve those files. Hosting, network, and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times, to deliver and protect the website.
Choosing a WhatsApp link or visiting an external portfolio or website takes you to a third-party service whose own privacy terms apply. Provider infrastructure may process information outside India. We do not sell your application or enquiry information.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry, application, and project information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, ongoing communications, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. Third-party providers may have their own retention periods, as described in their policies.
We take reasonable care to limit access and protect information. No website, email, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Only share links that you are comfortable making available for application review.
Your choices and requests

Include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry or application, without sending unnecessary personal documents. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawing information needed for an application or service may mean we cannot continue that review or service.
Students under 18
Student opportunities are not an invitation to submit children’s personal information without appropriate consent. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us before submitting an application so that any necessary permission can be arranged.
