Scope and advance payments
This policy covers payments for Webnooz services. An advance payment may be required before starting a project. The amount will be clearly mentioned in the project quotation. Payment schedules, revisions, deliverables, ownership, and cancellation conditions are agreed in writing before work begins.
How to request cancellation
Contact team.webnooz@gmail.com or call +91 87097 03066 to request cancellation. Include your name, project or quotation reference, and the payment details needed to identify the project. Do not send full card details, passwords, or banking credentials.
We will review the project status, confirm cancellation, and explain the refund calculation, including any completed work and approved third-party expenses.
Before work begins
Any advance will be refunded, excluding pre-approved, non-refundable third-party expenses already incurred. These may include a domain purchase, a software licence, or another external service specifically approved for your project. We will identify any such expense in the refund calculation.
After work begins
Charges for work already completed and approved third-party expenses will be deducted from the advance. Any remaining balance will be refunded. The calculation is based on the agreed project scope, payment terms, and work completed at the time of cancellation.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the cancellation and refund amount are confirmed. This period refers to Webnooz processing the refund; a bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
We will confirm the refund arrangement with you. Keep your payment receipt and cancellation correspondence until the refund has been received.
Project-specific conditions and concerns
Any project-specific payment and cancellation conditions will be agreed in writing before work begins. This policy does not restrict remedies or consumer rights available under applicable law.
